Nice to Meet
Connect to my heart. Help others connect to theirs. Listen. Make a positive impact.
This is my story and this is my mission
Hi, I'm Rachely Ben Amram
How did I get here?

From a young age, I remember myself
wearing my mom's high heels,
gathering my younger siblings on
small chairs in my room, and with a special marker secretly borrowed from the work bench,
playing teacher and students.
The window and the long mirror
on the door were my blackboard,
and I taught them math, reading,
writing, and anything they wanted to learn.
Years later, I even helped them prepare
for their high school exams
in language and literature.
My childhood experiences and the home I grew up in led me to reverse engineer the life I wanted, even as a young girl, before I knew such a concept existed.
I spent almost a decade on a different career path before returning to this love that was planted in me as a child, the love of sharing my knowledge with others and helping them on their journey of growth.
My "official" professional path began as a tutor in advanced physics for pharmaceutical engineering, right after graduating summa cum laude with my B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Engineering. For me, this was a practice arena for public speaking and beyond. I quickly discovered my special talent, the ability to take complex concepts and make them clear,
accessible, and fascinating.

After nearly a decade as an employee in roles focused on training, marketing, and extensive experience in presenting to large and diverse audiences in academia, pharma, and high-tech, I ventured out independently. My initial vision was to introduce compassionate and non-violent communication to organizations. Over time. I realized this vision was connected to another, Helping people connect with themselves and their environment, and helping them give voice to their authentic selves in the world.
In recent years, I primarily deliver lectures and workshops on communication, management, and leadership across various sectors - business, public, private, and social. I enjoy the diversity of audiences I work with, and I'm especially grateful for the privilege of touching so many hearts, from young professionals to managers and seniors, knowing I've managed to impact and change their lives, even if just a little.
Some people also come to me for personal guidance, and I help them develop content such as lectures, workshops, courses, etc.
So what do I do?
At the core of my business lies the belief that everything starts with connection. Connecting with ourselves,
and from there, connecting with those around
us through deep internal and external listening.
My business is my way of spreading ripples of good
in the world, whether through compassionate communication content or through additional
materials I deliver on communication,
management, and personal leadership.
I believe each of us can be the leader of our own life.
For me, it's an enormous privilege to help people take responsibility and lead themselves to where
they've always dreamed and wanted to be.
What drives me?
In between stage appearances and lecture rooms,
I write and edit children's books.
So far, I've published two books,
and I hope to publish all those waiting in my
laptop drawer. I do this mainly for my soul,
because there's magic in children's books
that doesn't exist anywhere else.
At my core, I'm an "ultimate nerd," so I'm
always learning something, whether it's a course, workshop, or a month-long program.
I try to stay in constant learning mode because
I believe a teacher is first and foremost a student.
Still learning, growing, and discovering something new about myself and the world every day. I believe that if we really want it and are willing to invest in it,
we can all be the most authentic version of ourselves.
So this is me. Rachely.
